Obtaining professional indemnity insurance for solicitors can be very challenging. Whilst there are a number of qualifying insurers they do not always have an appetite for solictors professional indemnity insurance. A fully completed proposal form - the current insurers renewal proposal form will normally be acceptable (please contact us if you need a fresh form)

Confirmed claims experience for the last 6 years and premium history for the last 3 years
